To request a refund within 30 days of the start of your subscription follow the steps below:
- Go to GoSucceed.me > My Account > Subscriptions.
- Click the View button beside the subscription you would like refunded.
- Click the Cancel button to cancel your subscription. This will ensure no further payments are processed while your refund is being processed.
- Record your subscription # shown at the top of the page.
- Complete and submit our Refund Request Form.
